摘要
本文指出,与时俱进地把握"三个代表"重要思想是实践"三个代表"的前提,增强党的主体能动性是实践"三个代表"的关键,注重工作的实效性是实践"三个代表"的保证,紧密依靠人民群众是实践"三个代表"的力量之源。
This paper discusses that the practice of Three Represents should be preceded by grasp of the essence of the important thought, with the spirit of keeping pace with the times; that the key factors thereof involve the intensification of the subjective initiative of the Party, the emphasis on effectiveness of the work, and the dependence on the people.
