摘要
分别采用不同的培养基对复合菌群进行了富集培养研究,试验结果表明:复合菌群富集培养的结果因富集所用的培养基和富集方法的不同而变化,其中采用复合菌培养基的培养效果优于其他培养基的培养效果;复合菌群原液中含有不同种类的微生物,通过选择培养基的定向富集培养,可以得到不同目标优势菌群;葡萄糖、蛋白胨、酵母膏是复合菌群富集培养合适的碳源和氮源.
Experimental study was performed on enriching cultivation of synthetic-bacteria by use of different kinds of culture media. Some conclusions are drawn: the effect of enriching cultivation of synthetic-bacteria varies with different culture media and methods for cultivation, and the effect of cultivation by use of the synthetic culture medium is superior to that by use of other culture media; many kinds of microorganisms exist in the original liquor of synthetic-bacteria, and through directive enriching cultivation with the selected culture medium, the superior synthetic-bacteria for different objectives can be obtained; glucose, peptone, and microzyme are suitable C-rsource and N-rsource for enriching cultivation of synthetic bacteria.
