介绍了Visi-CAD/CAM软件在数控加工中的应用,分析和比较了Visi- CAM的各种加工方法和加工参数设定。利用加工策略产生由Modelling系统绘制复杂的3D外形的粗加工和精加工CNC刀具路径,快速产生现代高速铣床所需的刀具路径。
The application of the software Visi-CAD/CAM in CNC manufacturing is introduced.The methods of machining and machining parameter settings of Visi-CAM are analyzed andcompared.By using machining strategist,optimum roughing and finishing CNC tool paths from thecomplex shapes generated from all major 3D modeling systems are generated.The tool paths re-quired by modern high-speed milling machines are generated rapidly.
