硬态车削表面白层厚度的影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过用PCBN刀具切削GCr15试件的切削试验 ,分析了硬态车削时被加工表面白层的产生条件 ,应用正交试验法研究了切削速度、进给量、切削深度等切削参数对白层厚度的影响规律 ,并讨论了白层及黑层的形成机制。 Based on the test of cutting GCr15 workpieces with PCBN cutting tool, the conditions bring on the white layer on the hard-turned surface were analyzed. The influences of cutting parameters, such as cutting velocity, feed rate and cutting depth on the thickness of white layer were studied through the orthogonal experiment method, and the formation mechanisms of white layer and black layer were also discussed.
