摘要
长江三角洲经济一体化的基础和核心是市场一体化。长三角经济要发挥市场机制的作用,实现产业结构和布局的一体化整合;按照市场经济的要求,推动制度建设,规范政府行为,建立多层次的协调机制;并以建设上海为中心的城市群为载体,提高资源空间配置效率。
The basis and core of the economic integration in the Yangtse Delta is the market integration. We must bring into full play the market mechanism and carry out the integration of the industrial structure and layout. In accordance with the requirements of the market economy, we should try to promote the system construction, regulate the government behavior and establish manifold coordinated mechanism in an attempt to build the city group with Shanghai as the center into the carrier and to enhance the efficiency of the resource space disposition.
