摘要
以测试压力变化规律为主的爆发器测试技术已经发展得相当完善,但对爆发器的温度测试问题研究还较少。在设计专用传感器以及实验测试装置的基础上,通过实验的方法对爆发器内壁温度的测试问题进行了研究。结果表明:该专用温度传感器与实验装置可以进行爆发器温度测试问题的研究,但由于传感器封装厚度的存在,测得的结果是离表面一定距离的温度,需要采用合适的方法才能获得真正表面温度,且表面温度曲线的平滑性取决于测得曲线的平滑程度。
Measuring and testing techniques of the closed-bomb for pressure measurement have been perfect. But it is scarce that temperature measurement of the close-bomb is studied. So based on the designed special sensor and experimental facility, the in-wall temperature measurement of the closed-bomb is studied. It is concluded that measuring and testing techniques of the closed-bomb for temperature measurement can be taken with the special temperature sensor and the experiment facility. Because of the coat-thickness of the sensor, the measured temperature with the sensor is the temperature of the position away from in-wall of the closed-bomb. And by means of proper method, the in-wall temperature can be get with the measured temperature. And the smoothness of the surface temperature curve is decided by the smooth degree of the measured temperature curve.
