摘要
阻抗作为心理咨询过程中的伴生现象,其本质是来访者对于心理咨询过程中自我暴露与自我变化的抵触与抗拒。来访者阻抗的表现形式多种多样;阻抗产生的原因有内在的,也有外在的。针对来访者产生的不同阻抗类型,一个合格的心理咨询师应该具备多种基本职业技能,这是心理咨询成败的关键。
As an accompanying phenomenon in the process of psychological consulting, the nature of impedance is the visitors' resistance to the self-exposure and self-change. There are various manifestations of the visitors' impedance, and there are many internal and external reasons for the appearance of impedance. Facing with the different types of the visitors' impedance, a qualified psycho-consultee should possess many basic vocational skills, which is the key to a successful psycho-consulting activity.
