摘要
规范的大学课外教育是培养学生全面发展的有效手段,文章对中外大学课外教育在时间、资金、技 术、管理主体等方面的差异进行了分析,并提出了运用学分制规范化等建议,以引起教育管理者的重视。
Standardized education after class in the university is one of the most effective way to further the all -round development of college students. This study analyzes the factors of outside class education in the university, such as time, capital, technique, and administrative main part. It also gives some suggestions about how to standardize it through the application of the credit system. The purpose of the study is that much more attention should be paid to outside class education by education administrators.
