摘要
高等教育大众化形势下,一般院校,尤其是教学型院校的本、专科教育承担更多的是向社会输送具有高级技能、较高知识水平的高素质劳动者,而不是理论工作者。因此,采取切实有效的措施提高学生专业技能素质就成为目前高校的本、专科教育中的一项中心工作。学生的专业技能素质的培养,要通过转变教育理念、调整专业学科结构、改革教学模式和教学方式、营造育人环境来完成。
Under the circumstance of higher education being popularized, the ordinary higher schools, especially those for teaching, should still more provide the society with high qualified workers of advanced skills and profound knowledge, rather than theory researchers. Therefore, taking practical and effective measures to improver students' speciality skills quality is becoming a present core task of the undergraduate and professional training education of higher schools. The development of students speciality skills quality can be completed through changing educational idea, adjusting school speciality structure, reforming teaching models and teaching methods and creating educational environment.
