摘要
《道路交通安全法》的开始实施,使机动车第三者责任强制保险的法律地位得到认可。本文以此为出发点,探讨了强制责任保险的性质、目前的发展情况和面临的问题以及解决这些问题的对策,以期准确了解和完善该制度并促进其在我国的发展。
The Road Traffic Safety Law contains the forced automobile liability insurance for the third party. Accordingly, the article studies the nature, the present development and the problems as well as the solutions in order to help us to gain a better understanding and perfect the system, thus promoting its development.
