摘要
随着我国《信托法》和《信托投资公司管理办法》的颁布以及第五次信托行业的清理整顿结束,我国信托业的发展逐步走向规范化和法制化。本文分析了国外发达国家信托业的发展趋势和特点,并指出我国信托业发展能够从中得到的借鉴和启示。
China has enacted 'Trusts Law'and 'The Rule of The Trust Companies Management'. The development of Chinese trust companies is becoming regularity step by step. This paper provides a broad overview of recent changes in the major country's development of trust companies. It analyses the develop direction and develop characteristic. This paper expects to draw the reference from the development of foreign trust companies.
