摘要
90年代以来,跨国公司开始把我国纳入其全球战略安排之范围,将制造中心转移我国的趋势日益加强,呈现出了并购投资方式增多和独资趋向明显、投资规模层次和技术水平不断提升、向关联化和系统化的产业链投资方向发展、投资地域日趋集中以及以抢占市场制高点为投资的战略目标等新动向。
Transnational corporations have begun to bring China into the boundary of their global strategic arrangement since 1990s. The trend of transferring the manufacturing center to China has become more and more strong; the investment in the form of the merger and acquisition is increasing and the solely owned trend is obvious; the scale of investment and the level of technology are raised; the investment develops more to connected and systematical industrial chain; the location of the investment is concentrated; to capture the paramount of the markets is also one of the new trend of the investment strategy objective.
