摘要
目的 查清腓骨短肌肌内神经分支和分布以证实肌亚部的划分 ;确定神经入肌点的位置 ,为临床提供肌形态学特征。方法 ①用经甲醛固定 1a以内的童尸 5具 (2～ 10 y)及成人尸体 5具 (2 0～ 5 0 y) ,取下腓骨短肌 ,采用改良的Sihler’s肌内神经染色法观察肌内神经分支分布。②用经甲醛固定成人尸体 2 0具 (男 17,女 3) ,共 4 0侧。以腓骨小头为骨性标志 ,测量腓骨短肌神经入肌点的位置。结果 ①腓骨短肌肌神经在肌内腱板上方分出 2支一级神经支 ,分别支配肌的前部和后部 ;②腓骨短肌前部、后部的神经入肌点分别在腓骨小头下方 13.98± 3.16cm ,16 .71± 2 .74cm处。结论 ①腓骨短肌可分为前、后两个亚部 ;②腓骨短肌前、后两个亚部的神经入肌点在肌上 1/3段处浅面。
Objective To provide anatomical basis for clinical application by studying the distribution of intramuscular nerves and the nerve entering point in human peroneus brevis. Methods ① Sihler's nerve staining technique was used to observe the intramuscular never branch patterns of 20 sides leg specimens. ② the peroneus brevis nerve supplies were observed on 40 sides of adult cadavers. Results ① the anterior and posterior parts of personus brevis were supplied separately by the primary branches derived from the superficial peroneus nerve over the intramuscular aponeurosis. ② the point of nerve entering to the anterior and posterior parts of the peroneus brevis lay 13.98±3.16cm and 16.71±2.74cm below the fibular head respectively. Conclusions ① the peroneus brevis could be divided into two compartments. ② the point of nerve entering to the anterior and posterior compartments of the peronreus brevis penetrated the muscle from superficial side at superior one thirds.[
