摘要
目的 :探讨中药几种贝母中微量元素含量与药效的关系。方法 :利用原子吸收分光光度法测定中药平贝母、川贝母、浙贝母 3种贝母中的 8种无机元素。结果 :3种贝母中均含有丰富的钾、钠、钙、镁、铜、锌、铁、锰 8种无机元素。浙贝母中这 8种元素的含量略高于其他两种贝母。结论 :3种贝母中含有丰富的人体必需元素 ,可能促进中药中有效成分作用的发挥。
Objective: To discuss the relationship between the c on tent of several sorts of Fritillaria in traditional Chinese medicine and effect of medicine. Methods: To determine the content of eight sorts of inorganic eleme nt in Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxin. Fritillaria cirrhosa D.Don and Fritillaria thunbergii Mig. Results:Three sorts of Fritillaria all contain enough Potassium, Sodium ,Calcium ,Magnesium ,Copper ,Zinc ,Iron ,Manganese .Especially, the cont ent of these elements in Fritillaria thunbergi Mig are more higher。Conclusion: These enough necessary elements of humanboby in three sorts of Fritillaria may i ncrease the roles of efficient composition in traditional Chinese medicine.
