摘要
60年代中期后 ,针对公营经济定位过高带来的弊端 ,印度政府对公营经济进行了改革。但在英·甘地执政时期 ,由于政治因素的影响 ,改革走了一段弯路。直到 90年代初拉奥执政后 ,印度政府才进行了全面深入的改革。但由于既定的发展模式已运行多年 ,改革存在诸多困难。
In the middle of 1960's, in order to couner the d rawbacks resulting from evaluating the public economy too high, Indian governmen t decided to reform the public economy. During Indira Gandhi's times, her govern ment took a roundabout course in the process of economic reform because of polit ical reasons. Until the early 1990's when Rao came to power, the Indian governme nt began economic reform wholly and deeply. But because of the established econo mic pattern, the new government met with a lot of difficulties related to econom ic reform.
