摘要
研究了用8 羟基喹啉(8 HQ)作为As(Ⅴ)和其他共存金属离子的掩蔽剂,氢化物发生原子荧光法(HGAFS)测定水中痕量As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)的最佳工作条件。该法的检出限为0.12μg/L,回收率为92%~104%,相对标准偏差为1.3%,有较好的抗干扰能力。此法用于实际水样的测定取得了满意结果。
A new method for detecting trace As(Ⅲ) and As(Ⅴ) in natural water by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry with 8-hydroxy quinoline as masking agent was established, and the optimum working conditions were studied. It was found that 8-hydroxyquinoline not only was an efficient masking agent for As(Ⅴ), but also can efficiently eliminate the interference of coexisting metals in the water. The detection limit of this method is 0.12 μg/L. The recovery is 92%~104%, while the relative standard deviation is 1.3%(n=9).The proposed method was applied to the determination of As(Ⅲ) and As(Ⅴ) in water samples with satisfactory results.
