一种用于同步辐射光束线上的压弯机构的设计与试验 被引量:1

摘要 利用杠杆反撬原理提出了一种同步辐射光专用反射镜的压弯机构。该机构结构简单 ,压弯行程大。采用有限元法建立这种压弯机构的分析模型 ,仿真了其压弯过程 ,比较了几组不同参数的压弯性能 ,得到了优化的设计参数 ,并制作了样机。样机试验数据表明提供的压弯机构原理是可行的 ,压弯机构仿真有限元模型是可信的 ,这种设计方法是可靠的。 The article brings forward a bending mechanism which is based on reverse pry of level for use in special reflecting mirror of synchrotron radiation beamlines. The mechanism's configuration is simple and bending journey is long. We construct analysis model of this bending mechanism with finite element method, simulate its journey, compare bending performance of some kinds of different parameters, get optimization design parameters, and build a prototype machine. Experimentation data shows that the principle of bending mechanism in this article is feasible, finite element model of bending mechanism is credible and its design method is dependable. The way of experiment in this article also can be used in later design of bending mechanism.
