摘要
目的 探讨亚低温停跳剂微量持续灌注对心肌保护的效果。方法 采用兔子离体心 ,分别用冷晶体液、冷血及亚低温 (25~27℃ )以血1ml/(kg/min)的速度连续灌注作心肌保护。120min后测定心功能指标、生化指标、心肌含水量及观察心肌超微结构变化 ,同时设对照组。结果 冷晶体液组各项指标明显低于其它各组 ,冷血与亚低温血相比 ,两者的各项指标无明显统计学差异 ,但超微结构的变化前者较后者明显。结论 亚低温血微量持续灌注对心肌保护的效果是可靠的。
Objective To explore the myocardial protective effect of co ntinuous tepid blood cardioplegia. Methods Using isolated working rabbit heart models,we had studied myocardial protection by continuously infusing the rabbit heart models respectively using the cold crystalloid cardioˉplegia,the cold blood cardioplegia and the tepid blood cardidplegia at1ml/kg/min.After120minutes'myocardial protection,cardiac functions,bioˉchemical indexes and tissue water contents were measured and the change of extra-structure of logic myocardial cell were observed,as well as the conˉtrolled group compared. Results All the indexes in the cold crystalloid cardioplegia group were remarkably lower than in the other groups and there were no significant difference in groups between the cold blood cardioplegia and the tepid blood cardidplegia.However,the myocardial ultrastructal changes in the former were more obvious than in the latter. Conclusion The myocardial protective effect of tepid blood cardioplegia in an isolated working heart model was dependable.
