摘要
为了评价磷酸川芎嗪注射液的安全性,笔者采用过敏试验、静脉血管刺激试验、肌肉刺激试验、溶血试验进行动物药理实验研究.结果表明:质量浓度为0.0012g·mL-1的磷酸川芎嗪注射液对动物无过敏反应,无溶血现象,对静脉血管、肌肉无刺激反应,提示该药在本实验条件下是安全的.
To evaluate the safety of the lingustration phosphate for injection, a pharmacological study was made by the allergy test,venous and muscular stimulation test, and the hemolytic test. These results showed that the injection with 0.001 2 g lingustration phosphate per ml. had no allergy effect and the hemolytic phenomenon on animals, no significant stimulation effect on vessels and muscles.These suggested that the drug be safe under the experimental condition.
