摘要
地方院校图书馆应根据地方院校的特点,开展实用性、针对性强,符合自身能力、地位、特点的图书馆文献资源建设工作。
This paper examines the characteristics of regional higher education institutes and argues that library collection development in these institutes need to be based on the teaching and research characteristics of the library’s parent organizations.
