摘要
研究采用文献资料和问卷调查法对山东省部分高校的学生进行了有关余暇体育情况的问卷调查,揭示了高校大学生余暇体育的兴趣动机,余暇体育的行为等,从而找出高校体育教学改革如何将体育教学和余暇体育融为一体,提出相应的对策,为学校体育教学改革提供参考依据。
The paper finds out college students' interests and motives for leisure sports, and their leisure sports activities, through literature study and questionnaires on the students of some colleges and universities in Shandong Province; and puts forward some suggestions for the combination of PE teaching and leisure sports in the college PE teaching reform.
