摘要
电子商务给企业带来了新的商机 ,但取得良好经济效益者较少。这既有来自企业内部的因素 ,又包括来自企业外部环境的制约因素 ,但内因是主要的。解决这些问题 ,要求企业开展电子商务应以能够加强企业核心竞争力为原则 ,以企业信息化为开展电子商务的基础条件 ,从企业实际出发 ,研究如何利用电子化手段为企业业务流程提供服务 。
E-commerce brings new opportunities to enterprises.Butonly a few of them get fair economic benefit.This is due to both the internal factors of the enterprises and their external enviroment;however,expecially the internal factors are more impartant.In order to solvethese problems,it is required that the enterprises showld strengthen their competitive ability with the support of e-commerce;take the enterprises'information as the basic condition of the e-commerce. The research on how to provide services using the electronic means is to improve the economic result in the course of providing services according to the actual situation in the enterprises.
