摘要
企业组织创新的总体方略是企业组织的动态功能系统及有关因素充分发挥作用。组织创新要以组织有效的战略管理和优化企业结构为重点 ,在企业经营实践的基础上分析研究企业成功的关键因素战略管理 ,应从“确定始终如一的顾客取向”、“执行计划的坚定意识”、“员工的团队精神建设”、“持续的改善能力”、“理念和价值”
This paper puts forward the overall plan;dynamical function system and affect related factors of enterprise organization.Institutional innovation mainly contains the effective strategic management and the optimization of enterprise structure.Based on practice of enterprise mangement conceptd,the key factors of enterprise success“to bring forth new ideas”of strategic management involves the follwing five factors:(1)to decide constant requirement of customer;(2)the firm consciousness executed plan;(3)the team spirit; (4)continued ability improvement;(5)conept-faith and value.
