摘要
目的 探讨鼻咽癌放疗后颈淋巴结残留或复发采用手术治疗的疗效、并发症。方法 对 2 0例鼻咽癌放疗后颈淋巴结残留或复发患者行手术治疗 ,术后进行病理检查 ,并进行随访。结果 手术治疗的 5年生存率为 4 5 .3% ,本组病例 4例发生迟发性切口部分裂开 ,余未发现手术并发症。结论 鼻咽癌放疗后颈淋巴结残留或复发首选手术治疗 ,术式首选颈全清扫术。
Objective To study the effects and the complication of surgical treatment of residual or recurrent cervical metastasis after radiotherapy for nasopharygeal carcinoma . Methods Twenty cases of residual or recurrent cervical metastasis after radiotherapy for nasopharygeal carcinoma were treated with operation . The resected specimens were sent for pathological test . All cases were follow-up and the effects and the complications were analyzed . Results The 5-year survival rate was 45.3% , there was no operative complication . Conclusion The treatment of residual or recurrent cervical metastasis after radiotherapy for nasopharygeal carcinoma is the first choice , the most feasible operative method is radical neck dissection.
