高效率可调谐光参量振荡器输出线宽的理论研究

摘要 以三倍频声光Q开关Nd :YAG激光器作为泵浦源 ,系统分析了在Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型相位匹配情况下各种物理机制对CsLiB6 O1 6 光参量振荡器输出线宽的影响。结果表明 ,泵浦光束的发散角和自发辐射对输出线宽影响较大 ; In this paper,a detailed analysis of the signal linewidth of diverse physical mechanisms of type-Ⅰ and type-Ⅱ phase matched optic parametric oscillator using CLBO crystal by the third harmonic wave generation of acousto-optic Q-switch Nd:YAG laser is prevented.The results point out that the linewidth is influenced by the divergence angle of pumping and spontaneous radiation larger than other factors do;at the same time,the type-Ⅱ phase matched optic paramedic oscillator is the effective and simple method.
