摘要
研究了Cu和稀土对高硅铸铁的微观组织结构和性能的影响。试验结果表明在高硅铸铁中加入适量的Cu和稀土,可使石墨细化、组织细化和均匀化,并在晶界上有富Cu相析出,从而降低高硅铸铁的硬度,提高其塑性及耐蚀性。
Influence of Cu and Rare Earth on the microstructure and properties of high silicon cast iron are studied in this paper. The experimental results would be shown as follows: The high silicon cast iron contaning prescriptive Cu and Rare Earth can allows the graphite become small shape and the microstructure get refining and homogenizing, and there is new precipitated phase of rich copper in intercrystalline, Thus lower hardness and higher plasticity of high silicon cast iron can be obtained, and the corrosion resistance can be improved.
