随着时代的发展,现代图书馆的建设应更多的注重其科学性、经济性、实用性和舒适性,充分体现以人为本,以读者为中心的思想,高度重视节能与环保问题。
Modern college library should be built on the basis of scientific designing. It should be economic as well as practical and comfortable. It should be reader-centered and pay attention to energy saving and environment protection.
