摘要
小康社会中的社团具有民间性、自愿性、自治性、福利性等特点。它能够把公民组织起来,培育公民素质、维护公民权益,推动群众自治,提供公益服务、增进社会福利,推进民主进程,对于实现全面建设小康社会的目标具有十分重要的意义。统战工作部门要适应我国社团大发展的形势需要,对我国社团发展要有正确认识并做好思想准备,特别要做好社团代表性人物的工作,做好基层社区的社团发展工作,帮助社团做好自身建设,开展社团发展的调查研究。
NGO in a relatively rich society is always of the features like non-governmental in organization, voluntary in attitude, autonomy in governing, and welfare focused in service. It can afford to organize citizens, cultivate their quality, protect their rights and interests, promote self-governing of mass, provide public service, strengthen social welfare, and speed up democratic process. It is extremely significant to realize the target of constructing an overall relatively rich society. The sector of unified line needs to adjust to the circumstance of great development for NGO, and prepare well for their development with an appropriate cognition and mind. In particular, the sector should perform its role in a satisfactory way with some representatives of the NGO groups, with the work of NGO group development in primary ranks, with assistance to the self-construction of these groups, and with survey and research of the group development.
