摘要
审前程序在民事诉讼中起着重要作用 ,各国民事诉讼法对此都有所规定。通过评述美、英、德、日四国民事诉讼审前程序 ,分析了民事诉讼审前程序的价值 ,并就如何完善我国民事诉讼审前程序提出了设想。
The judicial procedure before the trial is very important,most states have the regulations on this.After studying and evaluating the features of the judicial procedure in the four countries namely,America,Britain,Germany and Japan,we have a design of it in our state.
