摘要
目的总结老年人腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床特点。方法回顾性分析232例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的老年患者临床资料。结果231例(996%)患者治愈,无严重并发症发生。结论重视围手术期处理,老年患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术是安全有效的。
Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristic of elderly patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 232 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Results:231 cases were succeeded by laparoscopy, and had good effect without serious complication.Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective and safe in old patients with cholelithiasis. [
