摘要
微全分析系统(μTAS)近年来发展非常迅速,出现了各种各样思路新颖,设计独特的芯片分析系统。本文着重从分离模式方面介绍了μTAS的一个新的发展方向——电色谱。由于电色谱技术兼具高效液相色谱的高选择性和毛细管电泳的高效性,因此具有广阔的应用前景。
The development of micro total analysis system (mu-TAS) technique is very prominent in recent years. More and more novel and practical methods for sample precondition, separation and detection have been established to solve real problems. Electrochromatography, as a new chromatography technique, is one of the promised separation techniques suitable for mu-TAS, because it has not only the high performance efficiency of conventional capillary electrophoresis and high selectivity of high performance liquid chromatography. Latest progress on chip electrochromatography is reviewed.
