摘要
将120只1日龄商品代迪卡鸡随机分成A、B、C3组,每组40只,并分别用玉米——豆饼型基础日粮(含锌76×10^(-6))和添加100×10^(-6)及200×10^(-6)锌的饲料进行饲喂,然后用NDⅡ系疫苗免疫接种(据HI抗体滴度的下降情况确定接种时间),间隔一定时间,分别取样,检测各项指标。结果表明,基础日粮中加100×10^(-6)和200×10^(-6)锌能提高血清HI抗体滴度和γ球蛋白百分含量;也能增强淋巴细胞的转化能力和提高外围血酯酶染色活性T细胞的百分含量。
120 day-old commercial chicks were divided into three groups (A, B and C)·Three kinds of diet which were offered to the chicks were as follows: basal diets in group A, basal diets+100ppm zinc in group Band basal diets +200pmm zinc in group C. All chicks in three groups were vaccinated with B_2 ND vaccine according to HI antibody titers. Samples were collected at 15 day intervals after initial Vaccination and then examined for all corresponding indexes. The result showed that proper supplements of dietary zinc could enhance both humoral and cellular immunity.
