回顾我国中文文献资源数字化发展历程 ,分析其发展的有利条件和环境 ,以及影响其发展的因素 ,同时在管理策略和运作方式。
The digitalization of Chinese document resource is a formidable project. This paper reviews and analyzes both the favorable forces and other relevant factors influencing the development of such projects in China. It intends to discuss and explore into the issues concerned with the management strategies, operation models and digitalization techniques in the overall process of digitalization projects.
