摘要
合同解除是合同法中非常重要的一个问题 ,在实践中将直接影响到已经合法成立的合同当事人的合法权益 。
The discharge of contract is very important in the law of contract. It will directly affect the right of the party after the contract has come into existence.Therefore it is meaningful to research on the discharge of contract.
