摘要
固定化β-半乳糖苷酶合成的产物,经柱层析分离纯化得到的纯半乳糖寡糖溶液用于喂食小鼠动物试验.把15只体重20±1.5g的雄性小鼠分成三组饲养.GOS组:在喂食普通鼠饲料基础上,每天灌喂0.15~0.20mL10%的半乳糖寡糖溶液;乳糖组:在喂食普通鼠饲料基础上,每天灌喂0.15~0.20mL10%的乳糖溶液;对照组:每天只喂食普通鼠饲料和去离子水.收集小鼠的粪便用原子吸收测定钙含量并计算钙吸收率.第16d解剖小鼠,取血清测定血清钙,取小鼠肱骨测定其钙含量.GOS组小鼠的食物转化率、血清钙和钙吸收率、以及小鼠的肱骨的钙含量和钙比重高于对照组.说明半乳糖寡糖能提高小鼠的食物转化率,促进小鼠钙的吸收.
Effects of galactooligosaccharides(GOS) on feed efficiency and calcium absorption ratio in mice were investigated. GOS was prepared from lactose by transgalactosylation reaction catalyzed by immobilized β-galactosidase and purifed by column chromatography. Fifteen male mice whose body weight was 20±1.5 g were fed in three groups. Control group were fed by basic diet and de-ionized water; GOS group were fed by 0.15~0.20 mL 10% GOS and basic diet; Lactose group were fed by 0.15~0.20 mL 10% lactose and basic diet. Feces were collected for dertermining calcium absorption ratio. Mice were anatomized in the sixteenth day, serum and humers were obstained for dertermination. Results showed: Feed efficiency of GOS group was higher than that of control group,serum calcium and calcium absorption ratio of GOS group was higher than that of control group and calcium in humers of GOS group was higher than that of control group. It was verified that GOS could increase efficiently the feed efficiency and promote calcium absorption in mice.
