详细介绍了内框驱动双框架式硅微角振动陀螺仪的工作原理,给出了内框驱动双框架式硅微角振动陀螺仪的工作原理图和结构示意图.应用刚体转动的欧拉动力学方程,通过严格的力学分析和严密的数学验算,推导出内框驱动双框架式硅微角振动陀螺仪的基座与外框架之间的夹角θ和内框架与外框架之间的夹角的关系的一个微分方程模型.
The theory behind the micromechanical gyroscopic transducer with improved drive is detailed with a sketch of structure and an operating diagram given.A differential equation model has been developed using Euler's dynamics equation for the relationship between θ the angle between the base and the inner frame of the micromechanical gyroscopic transducer with improved drive and φ the angle between the the inner frame and the outer frame of the micromechanical gyroscopic transducer with improved drive.
