摘要
建立了一个处理矸石堆积的总体经费模型，在此基础上用不同方法分析、制定了合理的年度征地计划，并对不同的出矸率的费用进行了概算与比较。
This paper sets up a mathematical model about the total cost in dealing with gangue,based on it, the authors use different metheds to analyse and draft a reasonable plan yearly land buying,meanwhile,the authors cny on a budget eshmate and comparison about the diffrent issue rate of gangue.
