摘要
地球上自从有了人类，地球进化的历史便进入一个新的时期．在人类与大自然艰苦的斗争中。人类不断地进化和完善，人类社会也不断地进步和发展．当人类社会以一个相对独立的系统存在时，自然生态环境与人工社会环境之间的协调问题便由此产生．自然生态环境与人工社会环境之间相互结合与作用的方式是决定两大环境协调与否最直接而关键的因素．并且在不同的历史时期，它们的结合与作用方式也是不同的，由此导致它们的协调程度不同。随着历史的发展，两大环境都在发生变化，这种变化有时是剧烈的，突发的，无规律的，并且这种变化受到两大环境结合与作用方式的极大影响．尽管这种结合与作用方式多种多样，但必定存在一种适宜的方式．这种适宜方式也正是两大环境协调发展的适宜方式．
The history of the earth evolution entered a new stage when the human beings emerged. In the hard times man waged arduous struggle against the nature. As he made his evolution and perfection, human society made progress. When the human society became independent of the nature, the coordination and the interaction between the two environments began. The ways of combination and interaction between the two environments are the critical factor which determine the coordination and sustained development of the two environments. In the different periods of times, the ways of combination and interaction between the two environments are also different, resulting in the different degree of coordination. The natural ecological environment and the artificial social environment changed unceasingly following the historical development. The changes were violent, sudden, and random, it must be noticed that the changes are affected greatly by the ways of combination and interaction between the two systems. Out of the differentways there must be a suitable one that is the suitable way of coordinate development of the two environments.
