摘要
分别介绍了高铁细胞色素C还原法,四唑氮蓝还原法测定中性粒细胞产生O_2^-7·和辣根过氧化物酶酚红,氨基安替比林-酚红法测定中性粒细胞产生H_2O_2。研究表明,高铁细胞色素C还原法和氨基安替比林-酚红法测定活性氧灵敏性高,特异性强。
A comparison was made on the relative merits of four methods for the mea-
suration of reactive oxygen species from neutrophils: Ferric cytochrome c reduction assay
and nitroblue tetrazolium reduction assay for determination of superoxide anion, horseradish
peroxidase-phenol red assay and phenol red-aminoantipyrine assay for quantitation of hydro-
gen peroxide. The results revealed that ferric cytochrome c reduction assay and phenol red-
aminoantipyrine assay are more specific and sensitive than the other two methods.
