摘要
为保证滚动轴承内外圈公称尺寸,作者研究了一种自动测试内外径的系统,改进了传统使用的系统.其特点为精度高,测试速度快,自动记录且可计算多项参数,准确度可达亚微米量级.
To guarantee the nominal dimension of ball and roller bearings,the author devel- oped an automatic measuring system for inside and outside diameter of bearings.which modi- fied the traditional ones. The system has many advantages such as high precision, high speed ,automatic recording and multi-parameter calculation. The accuracy can reach the order of sub-microns.
