摘要
高校的统战工作是统一战线工作的一个重要领域,新的形势要求高校的统战工作必须不断地开拓创新。高等院校统战工作的创新,创新意识是前提;解放思想、创新理论是基础;建设高素质的统战干部队伍是关键;工作内容、方法、手段的创新是方向。
The united front work in colleges and universities is a very important area in the field of united front. The new situation requires that it should reclaim and innovate continuously: Consciousness of innovation is the premise; emancipating the mind and innovation theory are the basis; building the contingent of cadres with high quality is the hinge; work contents, methods and measures are the orientation.
