摘要
选取湖南省畜牧兽医研究所种猪场湘白Ⅰ系猪核心群1985~1989年度5个世代的数据资料,采用各性状表型值和育种值最小二乘均数对世代数的回归作为评估表型趋势和遗传趋势的方法,分析对生长速度的选择效果,以及对繁殖性状的相关选择反应。结果表明,正向选择湘白Ⅰ系猪断奶时及以后生长速度,其断奶前生长速度亦略有提高,对繁殖性状则基本没有影响.断奶体重和断奶前日增重的表型趋势分别为1.6kg 和27.65g/d,相应遗传趋势分别为0.59kg 和6.91g/d;产仔数、活仔数、初生窝重及断奶窝重的表型趋势分别为0.062头,0.101头,-0.144kg,7.034kg;相应遗传趋势为0.014头,0.016头,-0.02kg,0.492kg。
The nucleus herd records of five generations of Hunan White Pigs Line Ⅰ which farrowedfrom 1985 to 1989 in Hunan Institute of Animal & Veterinary Science were collected and used to analyse thecorrelated selection responses of growth and reproductive traits by estimating the regression coefficients ofthe least-squares means of phenotypic and breeding values of each trait on generation numbers.The resultsshowed that the phenotypic and genetic trends per generation in weaning body weight and preweaning dailygain were 1.6kg and 27.65g/d,and 0.58kg and 6.91g/d respectively.The phenotypic trends of numberborn,number born alive,litter weight at birth and at weaning were 0.062 head,0.101 head,-0.144kg and7.034kg;and their corresponding genetic trends were 0.014 head,0.016 head,-0.02kg and 0.492kgrespectively.These indicated that selection for weaning body wight and postweaning growth rate led to someimprovement in preweaning growth traits and didn't affect the reproductive traits.
