摘要
现有的电焊防护装置主要防止强电焊弧光对电焊操作者眼睛的伤害 ,没有考虑电焊弧光对电焊无关人员的伤害。笔者对现有电焊防护装置的使用方式、安全人机学和美学三方面进行了分析 ,提出一种新的电焊防护设计。它不仅可以保护电焊工人 ,而且还能保护与焊接操作无关的人员 ,使他们免受电焊弧光伤害。新型电焊防护装置还具有防止焊渣飞溅、体积小、使用方便、制作成本低等特点。该防护装置能充分满足人的生理和心理需求 ,体现了以人为本的设计理念。
The existing welding protective device mainly protects the welder from harmful welding arc and does not protect the surrounding people from the arc. A new welding protective device is designed and developed based on the analysis of the mode of application, its ergonomic function and aesthetics of existing welding protective device. New welding protective device could protect welders as well as the surrounding people from hazardous arc. It also has other functions, such as preventing welding dross from splashing, small in shape, low in cost, easy-to use and so on. The welding protective device could fulfill the physiological and psychological demand of users and meet the requirement of ergonomics.
