摘要
本文介绍采用微电脑控制的变压变频(VVVF)电梯电机调速拖动系统,控制部分由以8031单片机为核心的系统组成,电动机由电压型变频调速器供电。文章介绍用转差频率控制速度调整的原理并建立感应电动机非线性数学模型;给出对整个系统进行数字仿真的仿真结果;探讨了系统控制方案的可行性与基本性能。利用自行设计安装的一套小功率电梯模拟拖动系统来验证仿真结果。实验证明仿真结果与实验结论十分接近,从而说明本控制方案对快速电梯拖动系统的速度给定具有良好的跟踪性能,可以满足电梯拖动要求。
A variable-voltage variable-frequency (VVVF) elevator driving system controlled by a microcomputer is introduced in the paper. The controller is composed of a 8031 single chip system, while the motor is supplied by a voltage type inverter. The paper gives the principle of speed adjustment by slip irequency control , and sets up the nonlinear digital model of the induction motor. Results are then obtained after searching the possibility and the basic performance of the control project under the digital simulation of the system. In order to verify the results of the simulation, a small power elevator driving system is built. The results of both test and simulation are very close. It is proved that the control project is satisfactory in the follow-up property for giving the speed of the fast elevator driving system.
