摘要
实际的数字系统均由数字电路和模拟电路组成。分析数字电路的方法与分析模拟电路的方法是完全不同的。本文将给出一种仿真混合电路的新方法及相应的模拟器(MCSIM)。MCSIM的主要原理如下:首先把被模拟电路划分成许多模拟模块和数字模块,模拟(数字)模块只有模拟(数字)输入和模拟(数字)输出;任一模拟输入均视作一系列发生在离散的时间点上的事件,模拟模块在达到稳态之前与数字模块一样参加排队;不论是数字模块还是模拟模块都在统一的时间轮下进行计算。实践表明,这种方法比经典法实用得多。
Most practical digital systems are composed of digital circuits and analog circuits. Because the methods for analyzing digital circuits are different from those for analyzing analog circuits, the classical method for simulation of mixed circuits is to divide the circuit into two parts;analog part and digital part, simulate each part in different ways, then put the results together. However, it is a thankless method. In this paper, a new method and a simulator (MCSIM) for simulating mixed circuits are given. The main ideas of MCSIM are stated as follows. The circuit to be simulated is divided into a series of analog modules and digital modules, analog (digital )module has only analog (digital) inputs and outputs; analog input is treated as a sequence of events which occur at the discrete time points? analog module joins in the queue in the same way as the digital one does until it reaches its steady state; both digital and analog modules are calculated in a unified time wheel.Experiments show that this method is much more efficient than classical one.
