摘要
对桥口油田储层分析认为,过去压裂效果不理想主要是由储层中粘土矿物造成的污染和沉淀引起的。采取在正式压裂前进行酸预处理地层措施,用稀酸和螯合剂去溶解绿泥石和碳酸盐,再用粘土稳定剂防止高岭石运移和伊/蒙混层膨胀。酸、螯合剂和粘土稳定剂不能混在一起注入井内。通过这种压前预处理技术,压后效果显著,油气产量大幅度提高。
Through analyzing the reservoir features of Qiaokou oilfield, the paper think last postfracture response was non-ideal because of the pollution and precipitation of clay mineral. In order to solve the problem, acidizing pretreatment technology was adopted before fracturing, i.e. using diluted acid and chelating agent dissolve chlorite and carbonate , then using clay stabilizer prevent the migration of kaolinite and expansion of illite / smectite mixed layer. Thus its postfracture response is very outstanding and oil & gas output is improved.
