血液稀释与控制性降压对麻醉药物代谢的影响

摘要 目的 :观察血液稀释与控制性降压对术中药物使用的影响。方法 :择期颅脑手术 2 0例 ,随机分为对照组 (C)、血液稀释联合控制性降压组 (ID +IH) ,观察两组芬太尼、异氟醚、硝酸甘油、潘龙、新斯的明、多沙普龙、异丙酚用量及术毕催醒时间。结果 :两组患者芬太尼、异氟醚、新斯的明、多沙普龙用量及术毕催醒时间无显著差别 ,ID +IH组潘龙、异丙酚用量较C组明显减少 ,硝酸甘油用量较C组明显增加。结论 :血液稀释联合控制性降压使药物代谢率降低 ,在保证相同的、足够的麻醉深度情况下 。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of hemodilution and induced hypotension on anesthetics metabolism.Method:20 patients underwent intracranial surgeries were randomly divided into two groups:control group and ID+IH group treated with hemodilution and induced hypotension.The dosage of fentenyl,isoflurome,nitroglycerin,paculon,neostigminc,doxapram and disoprofol and the time of conscious recovery in groups were determined.Result:Compared with controls,the dosage of Paculon and disoprofol in ID+IH group was markedly lower,that of nitroglycerin wasmarkedly higher.Conclusion:Hemodilution combined with induced hypotension can decrease metabolism of anesthetics and prolong the metabolic time of Paculon and disoprofol.
