摘要
洛克和斯宾塞都是英国大教育家,二者所处的年代相差了将近两个世纪,但是在他们的教育思想中,对体育都尤其重视。二者的观点既有相同之处,又存在很多的差异,如在饮食方面,洛克主张"应该极清洁极简单",而斯宾塞则认为"应该给儿童吃较有营养的食物";但是他们却都主张儿童的衣着要宽松。文章从洛克和斯宾塞的生活背景出发,对他们的体育思想进行了详细的比较和论述,并且做出了简要的评价。
Locke and Spencer are great English educators. They lived in different times, about two hundred years apart, but Physical Education are paid the same special attention in their educational thoughts, in which there are similarities and differences. For example, in diet, Locke thought 'the food should be clean and simple', while Spencer argued 'it is nutritious thing should be given to children. 'However, in dress, they both a-greed to their thoughts children should dress loosely. Based on their different background of time, the paper gives detailed comparison of their thoughts and also give them a brief asset.
