摘要
本文研究了由不同比例的碎石和页岩陶粒所配制的混合骨料混凝土的力学性能,研究结果表明:随着骨料中碎石比例的增加,各组混凝土的抗压强度、劈拉强度、弹性模量及干体积密度逐渐增大,即使碎石与陶粒比例为4:1的混凝土性能也基本符合中密度混凝土的要求。采用混合骨料配制的混凝土,兼具普通混凝土和轻集料混凝土的优点,具有广阔的应用前景。
The mechanical properties of combined aggregate concrete incorporated different proportion crushed stone and shale ceramisite are studied in this paper. The results show that the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, elastic modulus and dry volume density increase with the increasing amounts of crushed stone. The property of concrete made from 80% crushed stone and 20% shale ceramisite meets the specification of moderate density concrete. The combined aggregate concrete has good merits both ordinary concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete have and extensive application prospect.
