摘要
运用群子理论建立了超细水泥灌浆材料流变性能的群子理论模型。该理论模型较好地揭示了各种因素对流变性能影响的本质机理,并且能建立其定量关系。研究表明:水泥浆体的流变性能主要取决于水泥群子的"凝聚与分散"两种竞争作用,任何影响水泥浆体流变性能的因素都是通过改变水泥粒子的"凝聚与分散"双方的竞争能力来实现的;而且群子参数能很好地反映"凝聚与分散"双方竞争能力的大小。
The subcluster statistics model of cement grouting materials is derived from statistical theory. The mechanism, which indicates the influence of all sorts of factors on the rheological behavior of cement paste, may be better explained, moreover, the quantitative relation can be built between the factors and rheological parameters by this model. It is proved that cement paste rheological properties are dependent on the competitive power of agglomeration and dispersion of cement particles. Any factor affecting cement paste rheological behavoir is realized through change of its competitive ability. In addition, the subcluster parameter can reflect the magnitude of the competitive power of both opposite actions.
